Haha! Glad you didn't hit a ditch! I'm sitting here in the pouring rain watching Highway Thru Hell, looking longingly at snow. Does it ALWAYS rain in Vancouver Area? Any recommendations on stuff to do with a little wee one indoors?

Glad you're enjoying our liquid sunshine! It does rain a lot in Vancouver - you get used to it and do things despite the rain because you can never count on the weather here! When it is sunny (ie not raining) - nothing compares to Vancouver! One sunny day erases 3 weeks of rain! It is difficult with a baby but there are a lot of indoor shopping malls to explore!

I was like a kid at Christmas, that is until I had to go pick children from school. I was drinking timmies coffee from my new timmies mug, coloring with new markers, reading my new books, I even had to wash dishes with my new dish cloth's..... I am also wearing my new socks and mama duck pantaloons I had to use everything and play with it all.
I even had my mom over for coffee to show her my awesome package....

When my tomatoe's and basil are ready I will have to make some sauce and salsa to send to you Pam.... I am in love with my package.

I am really kicking myself now for not joining the Easter train.... I don't know if I can wait for the Mother's Day one now .

In Delta - you would be close to hop the border for some shopping in Bellingham too!

No passport for Alexa yet I filled out the application last month for her and then found out I needed to get the 'long form' birth certificate for her (the requirement changed Oct 1, 2012...she was born Oct 17 so obviously I didn't get an application in before that deadline. FAIL). And I didn't think to check out the passport application requirements when I ordered her short birth certificate in October. So, I've basically wasted $25 on the short one, and received the 'long form' just before we left. Note to anyone birthing in the near future...save your $25 and just order the long form for $35 cause you'll have to get it eventually if they want a passport. End of annoyance.

I'm just bummed because I really wanna go to Seattle!

I'm so glad you liked it! I forgot to include a note mentioning to be careful with the dish cloths the first couple of times you wash them...particularly the reddish one....they let out a lot of colour the first few times (as you'll notice when your dish water turns red). My dumba$$ brother didn't notice that when I gave him some....he was less than impressed.
