how long does it take ?

for a few nights now i have been thinking of these questions
1.when a store runs out of tare pads how long does it take to replenish them? i have been to 3 different stores n i asked 1 manager n he said he never had that asked to him before so he has no clue!
2.when you order coupons how long does that take? i have ordered off of the site on here 2 weeks ago n i havnt got them yet! it says 5-7 days but we r on 2+weeks now!! im new at this n i just want them to come !!
3.when do ppl start stocking upp for back to school things? is there even coupons for juiceboxes,lunches n baggies? i missesthat who ziploc one!!!!
just a little frusterated,inpatiant,n wanting to start!

1) I find it varies from store to store. Sometimes they're up within a week, sometimes it'll be a month before you'll see new coupons go up.

2) Depends on the coupons. Canada Post might be striking soon, so that'll definitely cause delays. I find GoCoupons.ca to be the fastest, Save.ca to be the slowest and Websaver and Brandsaver to be somewhere in the middle. I usually get my coupons within two weeks. Keep in mind, when they say 'days', they're referring to business days. So 5-7 days can really be closer to 7-9 days.

3) I just stock up on stuff when there's a sale. The best time to stock up on back-to-school stuff is often October/November, when stuff goes on clearance. Same goes for Christmas stuff (which is REALLY cheap by January), Easter stuff (drops hugely within a day or two of Easter), etc. Snow shovels/winter gear is REALLY well priced in March, and summer toys drop around September/October. I got my son a really nice new bike at RCSS last fall. We'd had our eye on it all year, but it was a hundred bucks. It dropped to fifty, and then again to thirty bucks! 70% savings, not too shabby at all!
