$5 Kids' Boots at Walmart

Stopped at the Garden City Walmart today. $5 boots from toddler size to kids' size 5! Should be stocked up for several winters! Picked up a pair for my nephew, too.

I did have some surprised looks from other customers in line. "How many kids have you got?" and "There's a smart lady. They'll probably cost 30 bucks next winter."

$5? The ones I was buying were regular $45 -- and that's what they are for most of the winter. I was pretty much shaking with joy in the boot aisle!

Me too - I saved my receipt in case they went cheaper and they did! Just got back from Walmart to get a price adjustment and picked up another pair for my daughter ($5 from $35) and my wife bought a pair for $9.

I found Men's boots regular $79.00 for $9.00! They are the super duper, meant for cold arctic tundra type!! It was so exciting!

Thank you Minou! I went to Walmart, and even though I didn't find winter boots, I got rain boots for $3/pair (I got 3 pairs in different sizes for DS and a pair for me!), which is a higher priority right now. I've not seen rain boots for less than $10, so was so pleased that I stopped in the shoe department - all because of your post. Now, if anyone can tell me where I can find winter boots for DS, I can go shopping again!
