Thread: No Bake Peanut Butter Balls
-

I found the easiest, simplest no bake PB balls. I made them, and my review after the recipe ;
Ingredients:
1-2 cups peanut butter
powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Take about 1-2 cups of peanut butter and mix together with enough powdered sugar (several cups) to form a dough like ball that's formable. You can also add powdered milk
2. Now form the dough into 1" balls and then roll around in some more powdered sugar.
3. Keep refrigerated until they're all gone, which will be in just a couple of days!
Now, I made my balls way too big, and it was like I was going to die of sugar overload, so make sure they're bite-sized !
Not too bad, i'm iffy, I bet they'd have been better if they were smallerThis thread is currently associated with: N/APreviously CanadianBella... I'm baaack!

I remember when my son was younger, he found this recipe, and made me them for Mother's Day one year. And yes, he made them huge. Really hard to eat, they were SO sweet! But gosh, such a lovely gift it was that he made such an effort, I think he was about 12...

As much as i'm sore, I want more !! I didn't even measure properly. I used about 1 cup PB and 2/3 a small disposable plastic glass ( LOL it bended into the bag, ok?!) of icing sugar

Bella, that sounds like a plan to put everything into a ziploc bag & munch it all up. Then make the balls. Did you roll the peanut butter balls in coconut or more icing sugar?

My mom has been making these for years, and as a result, so have I. We make ours with rice krispies in them and dipped in chocolate. You can find my recipe here:

It makes a lot of them though! I usually only make them at Christmas.
