Very frustrated with Toluna, I had built up a pretty good points amount and was gearing towards a payout and then a whole bunch of my points expired and I feel like it is an uphill battle to cash out anything from them. Thinking of giving up, anyone else have this experience?

Yes, this happened to me too, earlier this month, I was very upset because I was at 59,000 and was anticipating cashing out for $20 Paypal. They took 29,000 points! I emailed them and all I got was a generic response about how the points expire after a year, they haven't responded to any of my other emails. I didn't get any heads up that the points expire. I feel like they robbed me! I spent ALOT of time filling in the surveys and then months waiting for the points to be added to my account, this survey site seems very shady, I will be closing my account. Sorry this happened to you too...

They accused me of cheating, which is complete BS. Sure, I may have miss read a question or hit a wrong button. I'm not perfect. I dont think I had to many points, but I would'nt recommed them.

I quit Toluna today, it's way too slow and not worth it, it takes months! to even get them to credit your points, a lot of times I had to email them because I waited and waited and my points never got credited..cashing out takes forever once a year for $30 if even...I finally quit today, oooh and also their gifties that they have are a total scam, I had over 26 thousand points, and used them all on one giftie..and did not win once!
They are scammers and I really don't like them, they just want to waste your time and give as little/or none as possible.
Not worth my time for sure..I'm so glad I quit them today.

How can you cheat Toluna? I didn't think there was a way to cheat any of these companies. I do not belong to them either, waste of my time to have points taken away too!

Toluna Surveys: MASTERS of the BAIT AND SWITCH game. Got an email for a 5 minute entertainment survey for 1200 points. Clicking it changes it to a food survey. Upon completing the survey I automatically got entered into a $1000 sweepstakes and no 1200 points. Hey Toluna if you read this you can have your shi**y sweepstakes entry back cause I don't want it and know I wont win sh*t.

Toluna offered a survey for Employment for 2000 points. Thats how it started and then it quickly switched over to a really long survey about healthcare and upon completion there was no points but instead 3 entries for sweepstakes. Scumbags.
