NO, there seems to be only 1 Sobeys that does that, but I am not sure which town it is in. It is not in any big city out west here. LD will let you stack coupons as long as they are different, and at RCSS you can use a CZ and another coupon. But as far as I know, none else doubles coupons.

I have read many brags about Co-op doing double coupons days as well, but I am not familiar with this store, nor do I remember where the poster lived.
