Thanks for the encouragement ladies! I'm almost 300 lbs and I still play baseball in the summer so I think I'm doing ok! I just wish the weight would come off already.... i tried the ITWorks wrap and they do work but they are so damn expensive!

No hobbies or things you'd like to take up as a hobby? I put on things like seeds for gardening, gardening supplies (gloves, things like that), as well as stuff for bbq-ing. But if you like to knit or sew or scrapbook or whatever, or used to but haven't in awhile. Workout? walk? bike? read? music? go for coffee?

Honestly, no secrets. I just did a complete 360 on what I put into my body!
Since January 1st I've lost 27lbs, but I have been sticking to a 1300 calorie diet.
Every morning I drink a crazy cocktail that I thought up, while it doesn't taste the GREATEST it has obviously helped me out. lol. It has also helped me cut down my caffeine intake by about 50% because I have WAY more energy in the mornings from it.

    (all raw veggies)
    1 cup Spinach
    1 cup Kale
    1/2 Banana
    1/2 Apple (with skin)
    1/2 cup Raspberries
    1/2 cup Blackberries
    1 scoop Protein Powder
    1 tbsp Almond Butter
    1 tbsp Cinnamon
    1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
    1 tbsp Wheat Germ
    1 tbsp Ground Flax
1 1/2 cup strong brewed green tea (I fill a pitcher with boiling water and add 6 tea bags, let it sit on counter overnight and then keep it in fridge)

    Humm... What else.
I use avacado or hummus as 'butter & mayo' on my sandwiches and toast. Replaced sour cream with plain greek yogurt. I do everything in my power to NOT eat chocolate, lol. Sometimes easier said than done though. I also don't drink juice or pop, but do drink the occasional glass of crystal light.

So one of the 2 loves of my life my Pug Kimbo had to be taken in to the vet this morning he was acting funny just spoke with DH they have sedated him so they can X-ray him they can't get a good exam of him because he is tensed up they think he is in pain. Funny guy hasn't made a sound. So if you can say a little prayer for my little buddy it would be much appreciated. I think he will be fine but I of course am worried for him.
