I loved a recipe I found for meatloaf that used stove top stuffing mix, it was so good! I'd make it in muffin tins so it was mini, and put some bbq sauce and cheese on top about 10 minutes before it was done cooking. Yum! Since trying to give up gluten/wheat I won't be making it. Meatloaf isn't as good without the "stuff" in it lol.

I've seen them on beyondtherack every so often, can't remember how much but I'm sure it was less than that! Course the shipping takes a long time so probably too long to get it, but just in case Cake pop pans are on there sometimes too

I ate a carrot cake. So good. We were at my parents today for my belated bday/easter dinner with my fam (we do dinner at 3ish). Good visits this time with a lot of family members (got it all over with in an afternoon! Awesome! ).

I am doing laundry today, and just realized I'm almost out of Bounce! Shocking. I hardly used any when I was cloth diapering the boy and now that we don't need to worry about that, I'm using it all up lol. If my buddy happens to have any spare I wouldn't say no

Ordered Swiss Chalet with the last of my gift card from Christmas, looking forward to having some yummy chicken.

Took boy and dog for a walk, lovely weather but wow I must have PMS or something because I am Cranky and was just done before we started, my patience is just done! I'm feeling like everything has a little bit of my attention and nothing is getting the time they need, myself included. Hopefully it is just PMS and I'll be better by Monday. Ah well... at least I got some shopping done for my buddy Actually with what I've ordered and bought at the store today I could be done, but that doesn't seem right somehow lol, so I expect there will be more shopping!

just had dinner, fish/salad.. just came back from church. im SO screwed. was hoping to have a blessing the night of our party from our priest.. guess what. he's leaving for at least 2 weeks. NOW what am I going to do that was the whole we have to dress up and have pics taken before hand excuse. man it never fails. OI!
