I got great news today my surgery is now scheduled for May 7th. Woohoo we have a light at the end of the tunnel now. So happy to have a firm date. I had a dr appt this am and told him how upset I was he took out his blackberry and called the hospital with me sitting there and left a message for the lady in charge of booking surgery asking her to please squeeze me in as he needs to get me in asap--and it worked the hospital called me a few hrs later with the date. She said they are so busy she had to do my pre-op over the phone and I have to go in for bloodwork the friday before--no problem I said. So relieved
I just want to thank everyone for sharing their stories. I can attest that the pain never goes away, you just get used to it.

I feel good today--emotionally
physically still feel like crap but atleast I know that will be over soon.

So glad there is finally a light for you at the end of this tunnel.
You'll be fine.... physically that is. Emotionally you'll ALWAYS carry it with you. But with time it does get easier. Time really is a great healer...eventually it doesn't hurt as much (at least most days).
Eventually after you are heal physically and are able to... go ahead and try again.
It will all work out, believe that, trust that, and know that once day soon, you'll have your little one in your arms for always (he/she won't know why you'll hug and kiss them so much, but you will).
