    It's funny you say that as I absolutely hate shopping at Safeway, drives me bonkers that they are so over priced on almost everything but the odd time they do have some pretty sweet deals that you just can't pass up!

    I love Safeway, they do have great customer service. I had a cashier mix up and instead of charging my gift card she charged miscellaneous. I waited at customer service for a bit while they tried to figure out how to fix it. After 10 minutes they told me I could just have everything for free because of their mistake. I offered to pay but they told me it was free!
