Maybe you're a drifter and your choices change with every passing day...
...or maybe you're pretty consistent with your tastes...
What kind of music do you listen to, and what kind of things are you listening to now?

Nah. I have pretty much been listening to the same stuff since I was 14/15. A lot of old metal and punk. Though my top played music choice on iTunes is Tegan and Sara, followed by bob marley and iron maiden. Lol.

I listen to almost everything, except rap crap.
Very eclectic tastes - it's just the way I dance.

Lots of different stuff, some of my all time favs. Beatles, U2, Metallic, Ac/DC, The Clash, Bowie, Queen.
I took my 17 year old to see Paul Simon and Sting last week at the Bell Center :p It was amazing. Probably the best musicians by far I have ever seen. The band was beyond words.

I like rock, heavy metal, rap, pop, dance music, tribal, certain classical, old country music (Merle, Loretta, Hank, stuff my parents listened to when I was small), 70's disco, 80's pop and hair bands... Dont really care for most classical music, newer country music, instrumental (Yanni, Kenny G, that kind of stuff), techno, death metal...
Right now, One Direction's "story of my life" is playing on the radio. The average dog
is nicer
than the average person.

Oh. I can't be pinned down, OP.
I like classical.
I like Top 40.
I like a little bit country.
I like some heavy metal.
I like jazz.
I like inspirational.
I like 80s.
I like 90s
I am going to blame my Grade 7 & Grade 10 music teachers. They knew how to make studying music fun. We studied everything and had to write essays about music and the history of music.
Wow! A good teacher can be so influential and powerful, eh?

I listen to a lot of different music....most recently I've been listening to modern country.
In the past year, I've come to hate music with lots of yelling or screaming....or dance music with only an obnoxious beat. Maybe I'm getting older.WHATT, You aren't doing Swagbucks? http://swagbucks.com/refer/acosta22

Nothing really, really good was ever written after the 60s........I only listen to music in the car, so it's XM on the 60s or the 70s channel. Rap spoiled everything, it's not music, it's just yelling to a horrible beat.
Only mho, of course...

Shwa Girl, to be fair I gave it a shot, and almost made it to the end.
No, not for me - it's just yip-yapping claptrap, no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
It's the one genre which jars me - there may be other genres of music I don't like as much as others, but rap is just awful period.

Music... I love it and I love a lot of it.
60's 70's 80's 90's classical, country, ballads, metal... oh yeah i am gonna say it even disco~~~~ (sure there is more i like and listen to!)
But... you don't really know the soul of music until you fall in love with the blues.
So Dan the Man whatcha listening to?
