I've been trying to log into my BrandSAVER account for quite a while but it won't let me. I type in my birthday and it says I forgot to type in my birthday???? Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have the same problem - i sent them an email with the error and am waiting for a reply from them......

That happened to me too, I had to play around with it like change the month! Strange, dunno why that's like that.

I gave them a fake DOB when I first signed up ..had not itention of giving them my real DOB as its a big privacy & identity theft issue .

My daughter had the same issue with the postal code, she sent a few emails to P&G, they will get back to you, I think that they are just really swamped. I know it can be very frustrating, but hopfully you will hear from someone soon.

It's saying that my email isn't registered, which it is since i've used brandsaver like a million times. somethings going on. i'm going to forget about going on it today.
