SC Rocks - Giving Back by donating pet food!

Thanks to a "Very Kind, lovely woman", that sent me a ROAK, I was able to score 20 bags of dog food (there is a coupon inside the bag for $2.50 too - which will help the dog-owner as well)!!

You know I truly love Safeway these days, they are being extremely generous with their airmile points! Also, their customer service is terrific!

My personal choice is instead of only taking, I'm giving back. That will be the way I choose to live for the rest of my life! When I first came to SC, two senior SC members & Boo Radley kept my family going after I had an accident and was unable to work. Without their help I would have gone bankrupt, so I will always give to this site in any way that I can. I feel by donating items to people that are trying to help others creates a positive energy in the universe.

Excellent! What a great donation. My local humane society takes coupons, if I have any extra pet coupons I just send them there.

I have also purchased a few of these, as my puglets love them! Yup, they are the trial bags priced between .25-.99, depending on the store. The coupon inside the bags is identical in wording, and date to the Smart Source version (different UPC though, so good to stack!) They expire Dec.31,2011

Thats awesome! I have dogs of my own and its really nice to see people helping out pet owners so that they can keep their friend. I recently donated some dog food myself. Didn't use any coupons or anything. Paid full price for the dog food. It makes me sad to see dogs end up in the pound or streets because their owner has no money to afford their food.

Hi, I went and dropped off the dog food at a soup kitchen. It was hard to find people because there was a huge line up for lunch I think! I found this nice biker guy in an office and I dropped the dog food with him. He was really grateful, and I feel really good inside!!!
