Anyone else trying to get one ?

I think this has to be one of the stupidest campaigns ever. When you actually find where they have hidden their ads and click on the link, nothing, all gone, done for the day, better luck next time. They didn't even announce that the links were available today, just that they were gone quick.

I'd like to know what marketing genius thought this up. Rather than getting people excited about a product, they are just p*ssing people off by treating them to a wild goose chase like we are a bunch of idiots who have nothing better to do with our time.

Now, not only do I not want one, I don't even think I'll waste my money on an overpriced piece of chocolate with a bunch of holes in it.

Sorry, bad move Cadbury. Not the best way to lure new customers to your product when you frustrate them like this. Stop being so Cheap and give away more freebies !! People like freebies, not frustration !

I like this promo better than the ones where you have to wait for it to go live randomly between 9 and 5, then only to have the site crash and have to be one of the lucky ones that can get the page to load when it finally does go live.

i suggest they should make it a contest or something if they only had a limited number of free bars.

Exactly, so you have to go looking for it, and hope that you're one of the lucky few who get their first, and just maybe, you might get something. It's a lot of work with little payoff. Now if it were a free computer or Tablet, no problem, I'd put in the time ....

Dollarama is 10 mins away. I'll grab a bar of ''cheap'' chocolate, like Mars or Caramilk, I'll pay .69$ + taxes, and I won't lose my time with this weird promo lol

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who would it insane! I saw the posting this morning saying it was live and for the life of me I couldn't even figure out what the heck I was supposed to do? Stumble on a chocolate bar on some obscure website I just may happen to click on throughout my day?? HUH?? Too much work for a chocolate bar! I'm with Cocottee.. Dollarama is on almost every corner these days. If I want chocolate, I'll just go there! it's a whole lot less effort and frustration!

I tried, yesterday, managed to get a congratulation twice....then the page tells me to click and drag the flippin bar back to joyville, unable to drag back(seriously not much joy in this ville) Oh well, didn't need it anyways.
