Question about personal coupon, I received 1600 pts when you buy dove soap, the dove is on sale for $2.99, I would like to buy more than 1, do I have to do separate transactions to get the points. Thanks..

My local Loblaws has pepsi product 2L on for $1.79 with 2000 bonus points on each bottle, not sure if this is an instore deal or company wide but it is a great deal especially if you combine it with the Pepsi promo Spend $20 get $20 worth of coupons!

I just came back from Superstore and purchased a few things from my offers. When I got the receipt it said my points balance was unavailable. When I got home I looked online, it showed that I'd made a purchase of $x today, but zero points awarded. Should I wait, or should I put in a points inquiry?

I spent $31.98 from the Natural foods section and didn't receive my 6000 pts, I put in an inquiry. My store has 2 1/2 aisles for the Natural foods section which I bought:
$16 of Almond milk
$10.98 of Kashi cereal
$5 of Kettle Chips
Any of these items not considered Natural foods?
Also since I saw the site is down I am hoping it might be a delay in receiving the pts, but I did receive 5500 pts from other items.
Edit: It's gotta be the Kashi if anything since the other 2 are in the Natural foods section of the flyer.Last edited by The_Scarecrow; Fri, Jan 24th, 2014 at 01:08 PM.

These are my offers. I have to say they are pretty good at tracking my purchases and giving me the right offers. I just wish they'd space it out a bit more since I just bought Campbell's stock.

I think they're having some issues with the points in our personal offers. I had an offer for 2000 on huggies wipes and bought 2 boxes the other day and the points weren't added. Did an inquiry and they were added by the next morning. At least they're good at adding them when there is a mistake.

Thanks, TorontoGal....appreciate your feedback. I did bring my nexus 7 with me to Loblaws this morning to see if it would work. It didn't. Think I'll just have to do as you do and write my offers down on paper. I found the nexus more of a hindrance than a help anyway.

Comment and a Question:
RCSS has Degree deodorant in the flyer for $1.98 [+500pts]; I had a BOGO Free coupon, but also noticed $1.00 off tearpad coupons at the entrance, so I grabbed a couple. When checking out I presented the BOGO coupon to the cashier, as she rang in the two items, then at the end of my order, I gave her the $1.00 off coupons, along with some others I was using.
She immediately disallowed the $1.00 coupons saying "in Canada its not allowed to take more than one coupon per item". I asked about using just one, since I had two deodorant sticks, but nogo on that either. Should I have expected at least one of these tearpad coupons to be allowed? Fairly new at this couponing gig.Thanks.
Edit: as it is, I got them for $0.50ea, so still a Great deal.Last edited by Pointsman; Fri, Jan 24th, 2014 at 02:19 PM.

I had an email yesterday or Wednesday with 4 silly things as an offer ( chocolate, whatever, silly products I don't need ). I sort of thought why was I not getting that big long list of things like before? Waited till today, no new email arrived, so I logged into my account at PC Plus and there seemed to be new offers there but when I asked to view them I got the site is presently " not available "
Has anyone else noticed if the site is currently having issues?
