+1 for calling them. A cashier once suggested I use the "points inquiry" form on the website, so I thought I'd try it. Don't. I did this only once, waited a few days (their FAQ said something about a possible 2-3 day wait) and called when no reply came. When I called, they had trouble verifying the offer in question because it was from the previous week. They still took my word for it and credited the points to me, but suggested I call first next time.
I am missing points from Oct 4... I submitted a request from my phone immediately.... I waited 2 days, no response. I did an inquiry on the website twice since then I have received no response yet... 2-3 days wait time???? I have been waiting 10 days!Quote:

acosta, I think you have to browse the flyer or their stores. I just took a quick look at the site and couldn't find anything that included the in store offers, only the personalized ones. Unfortunately, the flyer doesn't even appear to have a filter of items with in store points.
