Twice this week I had missing points, the first time, they responded almost immediately & then today, CS @ RCSS went to put in my missing points but she only did for one item instead of two so I had to email PCPlus.

Can someone please help me as I am new to PC points.

I purchased $200 of health and beauty products and I didn't get any points. So I sent in an email and they have credited my account for 7500 points. I thought I could get 75,000 points? Am I wrong?

It depends on the wording of the offer. If the offer says "7,500 points for every $20 you spend on..." then yes, if you spent $200 in that category, you should get 75,000 points. But, if the offer was worded "7,500 when you spend $20 on..." then you only get 7,500 points no matter how much you spend over the minimum threshold.

If your PCPlus acct is linked to your PC Mastercard or debit card, you could redeem your points for giftcards using your PC Mastercard or debit card.

I work for a Lolaws and You can redeem your pcplus points for any gift card except pc gift cards. Which is totally ridiculous but that is what my boss who just recently contacted pc plus about it found out.
