This is why I redeem at 20,000 points. So sorry to hear this happened to you. Contact PC Plus and let them know.

If u go on Rcss website, all kinds of flavour of the pizzas say 4000 points... I missed out on the one I really wanted because I was trying to find the exact one that says on the app.. But I got points on a different flavour today. Now I wonder if I can get it again since website says 4000 points ...
