Phoned customer service to inquire on the delay of points and the extra $'s charged. I have to say, their customer service was excellent, and a manager even called me back the next day to say that they were changing how quickly you get your bonus points offer. What does everyone else think?

Hmm so it sounds like just an additional $3 and you don't personally pick your groceries (can be a pro or con...)
Once they fix the bonus points and have quicker refund of the extra estimate costs, I think I would try it if there's a promotion.

Got an email from PC saying my account had been hacked! Fun month so far. I checked my account using my app,all my points are there. I took the precaution of changing my password again. When will this stop?

I got the same email this morning. None of my points are missing either but I guess I will change my password yet again....

I got the same email, I don't worry too much because I don't hoard points. Safer that way sadly. :/

It will never stop, but if they were to add a pin for redeeming points it will slow them down atleast

Ok yes Wal-Mart does the same so when I bought 50 got 20 off the chicken actually cost less so my bill was 23 ish instead of 30

I have used it about 4 times in Red Deer and I have to say the click and collect staff are top notch. They are so friendly and accommodating. Yes it does cost $3.00 but it also stops any impulse buying. I usually make a list and put my order in the evening and pick up in the morning. They also let you price match and use coupons. Although that may go by the way because they have had a lady coming through with stacks of coupons and they do slow things down for them and the whole purpose of the service is the convenience of time. I have found my meat and produce to be perfect, they even called me about the size of roasts they had and asked me which weight I preferred. The times I used the service was for very large shops and I must say the convenience is worth it to me. I wouldn't use it all the time because I like to check out clearance.

Anyone having trouble getting onto the PC Plus site? It's taking forever to load.... just saw that email & wanted to check my account....

Saw that there was an update to the app today - only to find out PC points terms and conditions have been updated to remove redemption of points for gift cards - looks like a permanent change :(

Yup, just checked the online site and in fact that as of today, they have removed the ability to redeem for gift cards despite what they have been telling people that it would be restored soon (The sign in store said that the ban was temporary). Well, this might mean that I drop PC Plus too as I did with Air Miles, at least for this point in my life, I don't have enough shopping to warrant redeeming 20,000 points to pay for it and liked the flexibility that redeeming for gift cards gave me so I could spend my points how I want instead of how they say that I can.

I would think that there a quite a few people like myself that it really does not matter about the pc cancelling the gift card part of the points program. At the end of the day saving a few dollars here and there for things I would of purchased anyways helps out. I personally think it is a good program and hope that the people hacking into peoples accounts do not end up to the cancellation of the whole program

My son shops at RCCSS all the time so I told him to dl the app on his phone. I asked him today what his account was up to and he told me about equal to 30 dollars after just a few months on the things he buys every week

@Thatdone I agree with u Most of my shopping is done at RCSS . I only shop at Walmart and Frescho if RCSS does not PM a Flyer and its a great deal I love the fruits and Veggies at RCSS that I go to its always fresh . I usually pay with my points when ever I can. I am also hoping it does not get cancelled

I have an offer of 3000 pts WUS $30. If I redeem $30 worth of points, will I still earn the 3000?
