I think there should be more of a set budget I know it seems nice for people to over spend sometimes it makes others feel like they have to spend more if that makes sense

ahh but that is where it gets tricky

example - coyote's package on the Mother's Day train - to most it looked like I spent a fortune but in reality I didn't

I stacked for almost 1/2 of her items for free, plus I ordered tons of stuff off of amazon.ca with my swagbucks so again no money out of pocket

I see your concern though Kim - everyone has a different set budget

I really like the no budget rule but I can understand how it could make someone feel obligated to spend more. We all just need to remember that every package is special and appreciated because it was put together with love. I use a lot of coupons and stockpile items in my packages too so it may look like an expensive package but it usually is not.

I have opened this up for discussion before and maybe this is something we need to look at again as this was an issue before.....totally understand where you are coming from

what do you mean ? As in who they want to send to ? or recieving from ? or paired up ?

I have an ongoing list of buddies now to try and prevent ppl from randomly recieving the same buddy . I am having conductors send me the buddy list before sending out wishlists . I just started doing this . It will be helpful if ppl recieve a name they have already bought for to p'm myself or the conductor right away so changes can be made .

This is tricky as some ppl want to ride back to back trains so we have just been allowing this as ppl all have the option to ride or not.....
