    Well i'm new to the forum, and coupons.
    I'm a mom of 3 boys and one girl. I don't use disposables, so i'm not in any need of those coupons. But as you all know food does get expensive, and raising 3 hungry little men and one grown man, can be very expensive. We live cheque to cheque and even then we are behind. getting advances and help from family is not how we want to live. So i'm trying to get into coupons. Watching the extreme coupon-er on tlc got me intrested, hoping that i can have a big stock pile too one day. but right now, i get coupons, and i seem to not save anything. i know i'm doing something wrong.
    Is there any flyers that still send coupons? or do you need to contact companys and go on save.ca?
    Please help this desperate mom!

    Check out the hot deals thread in the deals section. It's weekly and breaks down the sales for each store with the coupons you can use to get a great deal. It even tells you where to get the coupons in some cases.
    There are coupon insert flyers in weekend papers. There's a post in the Coupons section about those and when they come out. Also, there's a thread about and with printable coupons.
    There is also a section in Paid Surveys that goes into sites where you can make some money or earn gift cards. Message me if you're interested in any of those programs and I can help get you started.

    Yup, you can do surveys online and even just do search and win sites to make some extra money. It's easy and I've made a pretty decent amount from a variety of sites. Send me a private message if you would like more info or an invite to some sites that I've been paid from!
