help!! new to couponing

I am not sure where to find coupons, i am from saskatoon saskatchewan. if anyone can help me out, and let me know where to get coupons and when they come out that would be awesome!!
I am liking it so far, and saving us a tone of money which is good because we have 3 kids under two!! i cant believe i have not done this before!!

This site is a great place to start!! here are a few websites to check out, they will send you coupons in the mail:
gocoupons.ca (will send once a week, but takes a while to get the first one)
brandsaver.ca (once a month to 45 days)
save.ca (once a month to 45 days)
websaver.ca ( once a month to 45 days)

just remember to read all the fine print on the coupons before you use them, sometimes you can get really excited for a deal that doesn't work with the coupon you have. Coupons are EVERYWHERE, read every paper, flyer, fold out, and little stand in every store. Good Luck!!
