It means that it cannot be combined with another coupon. You can always use coupons on sales, discounted items, etc.

It really depends store to store, province to province- here LD will allow you to stack this coupon with another mfg coupon provided it doesn't say "use of more than one mfg coupon is strictly prohibited" or "cannot be combined with any other COUPON"

Really I think this is useless wording, as it says "offer" not coupon. Anything is an offer! The Store selling it is an offer. If they really mean coupon then why dont they word it like other coupons that say "can not be combined with any other coupons"

Stacking stores will still accept a coupon with this wording, even LD as stated in policy it must say "can not be combined with any other coupon offers"
SOF and Pricesmart will accept this wording.
Coupons worded like the P&G they will not accept as they are clear that only ONE manufacture coupon can be used per product.

Well, I just went to the London Drugs location on 2585 East Hastings St. Vancouver on June 15 2011 and the manager told me that they have a new policy and everything is changing. They now are not going to take coupons on sale item anymore because of this wording on the coupon. "May not be combined with any other offers" all my coupons say this! I told him not one of my coupons doesn't state this he told me that if I want to use my coupons it has to be regular priced items only. I dropped HO and e-mail so waiting for their reply. I will not be shopping there anymore if this is really the case because London Drugs do have ridiculously higher prices and I usually wait for the sale with coupons before I purchase anything from there.
