Keep or Exchange Train - No expiries before August 31 for envies sent after July 1

With Anna Michele's permission, I have decided to bring back the awesome Keep or Exchange Train!

This is one of my favorite trains as it includes both the idea of a chain train, plus wishlist items.

How it works:

1- Each rider will prepare an envie with at least $25 in coupons (NO DUPLICATES).
2- After boarding is closed, I will PM each rider the name and address of another rider. You will check out the rider's About Me page to view their wishlist and include at least $5 in coupons from it in your envie (with no more than 2 duplicates, unless otherwise stated on their wishlist).
3- When you receive an envie, you can choose to keep the entire thing and hop off the train, or, keep what you'd like, post in this thread, re-stock the envie and PM me for another name and address to send to. The train keeps on rolling until we run out of people to send to

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't fill the envie you are sending with a bunch of crappy coupons. This means hair dye, smellies, pet supplies, expensive face creams, Red Lobster coupons.... you know which ones I am talking about.... UNLESS it is on the person's wishlist. This is not a train all about cleaning the garbage out of your coupon binder. Send coupons you would like to receive.

If you receive an envie that has numerous prohibited coupons, let me know. If the same person does this more than once, they will be removed from the train and will receive poor feedback for not following train rules. Same goes with expiry dates. If you receive an envie with numerous early expiries that weren't OK'd by you, please let me know!!

(I hate that I even have to say this stuff at all.... but it is simply not fair to other riders to receive an envie of crap when they have sent out rule abiding envies. I hope we can all get along and play nice and enjoy the generosity that smart canuckers have the reputation for

****Note about wishlists:
Because of the type of train this is and that I don't have you all sending your wishlists to me, I don't get the chance to go through everyone's lists to make sure it is appropriate. I need you all to be my eyes!! I am asking that you double check that your wishlist has at least 40 items on it, at least half of which are easy to find coupons. This means not including call-ins, rare mail outs, FPCs. Not saying that you can't include those on your list, but that you must also include at LEAST 20 easy to find coupons. Points don't count for this train, only dollar value. I don't want people ending up stuck and frustrated! If absolutely necessary, a P stamp can be included and will be worth a value of $2.00. But if you are having a hard time with a wishlist, I would rather you message the person and work something out. If you come across a wishlist that is really tough, I would appreciate if you could let me know also (I keep track of these things) so that I can have the person edit their list or they will not be allowed to re-board.

Thank you all! As you can imagine, all trains (especially ones of this size) need a little housekeeping now and then. I truly appreciate everyone who has been sticking to the rules and being so generous!

Expiry dates:

Coupons in the envie must not expire before the last day of the next month. That means the envies for the first round must not have any expiries before June 30. That also means if you receive an envie on June 3 and decide to hop back on, you must only include coupons in the envie with an expiry of July 31 or later. ***NO EARLY EXPIRIES UNLESS OK'D BY THE RIDER YOU ARE SENDING TO***

Any idea when boarding will close? I would love to join but for the next 2 days I have work stuff that is going to take almost all of my attention.

Boarding will close as soon as all the seats are filled and mail day will be about 2 days after that, so you should be fine to join now
