    Yes,it came in a regular mail,bag was folded into half,inside the coupons are there and it is in a plastic black sealed bag.

    No,it does not have a zipper,I also felt the same,it would have been more comfortable with zipper,it is a light weight bag,with polyester lining inside ,outside little rough thick cloth:
