Thread: First Brag - SOF

I've never posted a brag before, but I think I did very well tonight at Save-on and thought it was worth sharing. My total before tax was $4.46 and this is what I bought:
4 bottles of Sweet Baby Ray's
Cars Fruit Snacks (1 box)
Eggo Waffles (8 in a box)
5 cans Heinz Beans
Kraft Cheese Snacks (pkg of 8)
1 Newman's Dressing (small bottle)
1 Skinny Cow (individual ice cream)
3 St. Ives Trial Size Face Scrub
I used coupons on every single item and did 2 price matches (beans & waffles). I can't remember where all the coupons came from, but I ended up using $22.75 in coupons. I brought home one big bag of groceries tonight for about 5 bucks and I couldn't be happier!! It's taken me awhile (about a year) of using coupons & learning from others & it has really started paying off in the last month or so.
Thanks for reading!

Good for you, ya it is crazy but you can't come on here one day and do a brag like someone did right away, it takes time, you said one year but it was worth it right!

wow that is some smart shopping right there. It does take some time learning all the ins and outs of couponing, but it is profitable. You did an awesome job for under 5 bucks.
