Hello from a new Smark Canuck member

Hey fellow Smart Canucks.

I'm a couple days into my membership and can't believe it took me so long to look at this site and join in.

It's saved me a ton of money already! Thanks Smartcanucks.ca!!

Bad timing for me to join the trading. I sent off two packets of coupons and who knows how long they will sit before being delivered. I know for sure that the ones I traded for will expire before I get them. Oh well! Not the end of the world.

I have to update my coupon list, I'm busy collecting up good coupons to add. By the time the postal strike is over I hope to have lots to offer in trade.

I realize that a lot of you are gunshy in trading with newbies. Please let me put you at ease! I am a very fair trader, would rather give you more than expected than rip you off and a very safe bet to join with or to add into your coupon train. I have a very visible presence online with my business so I can't exactly disappear with your coupons. Nor do I want to!

So please add BOGO to your list of safe traders and 'train' members. I've never tried a coupon train and I'm excited to get involved with that.

I'm located near Kingston. 1.5 hours from Ottawa, 3.5 hours from Toronto or Montreal. I'm fairly central for Ontario trains or those who like to keep it close to home.

I've updated my Albums so I can share a great success story and my inspiration along with photos.

My hubby was quietly taking a product called Skinny Fiber and I wasn't paying any attention really until we had to go clothes shopping for him. Read about his amazing weight loss in the album.
Not just weight loss but amazing change in control of his diabetes!

He inspired me to try this all natural fiber product too since I'm a type 1 diabetic. I'm a skeptic so he never tries to push me. He let me see the results for myself. I know what he was eating since I'm the one that prepared it!!

That's probably the best thing he could have done. If I had to jump through hoops to make him special stuff, it just wouldn't have happened. I don't have time for that. I don't like 'diets' and would never encourage him to do it. He went on an extreme 'doctor supervised' program once and it was probably the worst experience and result possible. Very scary.

This was so incredibly easy. We all know fiber is good for us. Not only is my blood sugar leveled out but I lost weight I didn't know I had to lose! I wasn't trying, I just wanted better blood sugar levels!

I'm now at the lowest weight I've been since a teenager! I was a size 8/10 a year ago and now I'm into size 2/4. Amazing! I feel great and I'm not doing anything but eating less processed food.

I'm eating all the time! I'm FULL all the time, no cravings for carbs and my blood sugar is fantastic. None of this dieting and starving. What kind of life is that? I didn't have to change my lifestyle at all.

No food is off limits. I eat what I want and my exercise is just the normal routines of life with my job and household stuff. I just added the Skinny Fiber pills to my day.
