Just tried to get a few free toothbrushes at no frills. They are on sale for $1 and I have a $1 off coupon. They told me that the very high upper management has said that if a coupon states, "one per product" that they are considering that one coupon per person per day. I remained calm and tried to explain that it made no sense but no one would listen, all the cashiers and the manager said that the head office told them not to allow it.
Left with one free toothbrush instead of five. I know it's just a few dollars and just a few toothbrushes but it still makes me frustrated!! I was planning to donate a bunch too! Grr.
Anyone else get this? This thread is currently associated with: No FrillsLast edited by dlee; Wed, May 29th, 2013 at 01:28 AM.

The No Frills here seem to be unlimited unless they have limits on a particular sale item..
Be sure to click like and post a brag if you get the deal.. It makes my day!!! Flattery may just get you more deals
Be sure to double check your flyer, points and cashback offers~ YMMV

Don't blame No Frills, blame the people clearing the shelf and taking 50 or 100.

Sorry. Hate is a strong word. I don't hate no frills. Just get frustrated. But thanks for all the suggestions! Feels better to rant to you SC!

The No Frills in Coquitlam allows multi purchase - the cashiers are all very nice!

I know many don't agree with me but I'd rather see more coupon users each get their ONE freebie/deal than one person taking multiples to donate. I don't feel that donations justify taking deals away from people who put time and effort into couponing. One each and move on to the next deal. Just my personal thoughts.

I understand that thought. I have ten people in my family so I think one a person seems reasonable to me too. But everyone is entitled to their thoughts.

I didn't get any toothbrushes. Had few coupons for the toothbrushes but gave them away to some customers and few to a cashier. I did get 4 toothpastes and No Frills cashier said you can not do them in one transaction but she was nice enough to do them in 4 different transactions because there was nobody behind me. Gave the other toothpaste coupons to few people buying the toothpaste.
