Always take a picture of these four things together:
1. The receipt with UPC handwritten and price circled.
2. The product
3. The envelope with a stamp on it
4. The filled out mail-in-rebate form

I always photocopy the reciept and rebate form along with the date that I mail it.

My BFF got her rebate cheque and she bought the exact trigger item as I did yet mine was refused!!!!
Resolve emailed me back to scan my receipts etc to them. I wasn't gunna bother but I'm gunna do it now.
On a plus note...I received my Finish MIR today. I only have a Sunlight tabs MIR and Airwick MIR
left to get back.
