Nailpolish question, is one type of polish remover better than another? It seems to take forever to remove the polish from my toes to put a fresh coat on, is this normal or am I doing something wrong..LOL

I like the jar of remover by opi you just stick your ffinger in and twist it around

acetone definitely removes polish best but is terrible for your nails and surrounding skin
Quo have a decent non-acetone one (the dip pots are useful too)
This one with the blue label


Zoya Remove+ is good but pricy

For glitter, I use these felt pads from SDM. The felt is thick enough that you can scrub but they are still fairly gentle


For stained nails, mix baking soda with peroxide and soak for 5-10 mins - all clean!

I wear eyeliner and mascara daily! My preference for mascara is waterproof as I have really watery eyes if it's sunny or windy, but really, I'm good with any. (except no-name dollar store type.. any "regular" brand is ok...)

Oh.. and buddy... I started to try the "craft" item on the homemade gift... umm, I will give it another go tonite, but I think if I meant this to get to you, I would have had to start it much sooner.. there is some very tedious hand sewing required, and I seem to be all thumbs.

Two items are wrappped, and I have a box.. shopping is done.. now just to finish wrapping and package it up... yikes, where does the time go???

Mascara/eyeliner: YES please! Black mascara (waterproof) and the only eyeliner I use is the Revlon black eyeliner pen.
