ladies, I'm still not doing great....today by BF called me begging me to not give up and to not break up. He was in tears and I feel like I'm am just hurting him. but I am really unsure and I am scared of being unhappy and making a mistake. I am beginning to really think we are not right for each other but he is so sure..so I don't knwo what to do and I don't want to keep hurting him. I just want this all to go away and disappear.

I'm sorry ladies to dump this all on you, I just need to talk to someone and you guys are so supportive!

My best advice is to take your time. Allow yourself to have some time alone, away from bf to reflect on what you want. This may be days or even weeks. Take all the time that you need. Don't feel rushed.

I have used garlic scapes with new potatoes.

i still eat fruit in my clean eating plan but not as much as I eat veggies. I eat a lot of berries. I lost 150 lbs originally and got a little too thin. Tackled quitting smoking and gained back a bit and now I am working at taking off about 20 lbs. my problem is coffee. I have never found a good substitute for cream and I cannot do black. I drink a lot of coffee!

There was a lady promoting "Organo Gold" at the show I did on Monday. Herbal coffee or something like that? I haven't tried my sample yet...I'm skeptical. I was doig really well with Operation MILF for a while and then alexa started getting kicked out of the daycare at the gym and being sick and crazy so thegym got cut now I'm so upset with nyself for getting behind because I was making such progress.
Monday is a new week though and my new goal is Operation MILF for new work clothes when I start back (hopefully in the fall).

It sounds gross but I use a combination of unsalted butter and coconut oil You can just use the coconut oil, which is high in the good fats. I find the butter makes it a little better tasting.

Hailey hopped out of bed (she was watching greys) and dragged her brother to the PO she picked up her amazing pkg from chesterjes little ones. She says ignore her picks she didn't brush her hair yet lol

first she received 2 beautiful pieces of art from Olivia and Jes she loves these and has already placed them on her collage wall.

Her open now gift was a gift card to Starbucks she says Thank you so much!!!!! She want to go now now

She also had a open anytime which to Hailey ment now lol. She got a beautiful handmade blue Zebra bag, she is going to use it for her purse make up. She said Blue zebra rocks

and her gift, I have to say I'm intrigued by how some of them feel I wouldn't let her touch them, mean mom. She took my pkg yesterday and I'm keeping hers, so we don't cheat.
