just popping in to say a quick hi! had a great day in TO today...off to Niagara Falls tomorrow. I can't figure out how to get pics loaded on the computer here (it's a prehistoric desktop monster) but will post them when we get home to the land of high speed internet and computers younger than me.....Today's gifts: for me -cashews!!! yummm...the only treat I like that DH won't eat! For DH: 4 Curly Whurly's and a package of after eight sticks, he says a HUGE thank you!!! He is eating them already. For the kiddos: Wallace and Gromit DVD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are beyond thrilled, and are watching it right now THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!

Home from work, making a dip and trying to force myself to go get ready for a birthday party for one of dh's friends wives that I don't even like. Booo, I want to throw a fit and stomp and not go. 2 12 hour shifts and one to go.... I cherish my sleep too much to let this chicks party have some of it!

On another note - I got to drive a standard today, dh and kids are at a parade and I had no way home so the girl who relieves me let me take her car home for the night and I'll bring it back in the morning when we change shift again! I haven't driven standard in a long time and forgot how much I LOVE it. I think I see a zippy little Civic in my future

I got a super cool bag today! It is absolutely perfect! I've been using the re-usable Loblaws bags as a bag for a diaper bag or a bag to throw a spare set of clothes for the kids in, so this is great!! It has a zipper and it isn't so girly that DH would be embarrassed to hold onto it if I'm going into a change room Thanks so much, Cherie!!

Today I received purple Purex Crystals (my fav!) and some Downy dryer sheets (always needed)!! As well as here's a pic including the items I received yesterday too (gum and maple sugar)

Anyone else SUPER sad that we only have a few days left?? I'll be lurking the upcoming pkg trains but once again, will still be taking a break from trains/trading till things settle more into a routine at home. I will 100% be joining the Christmas Advent train though for sure! Thank you again to those who encouraged me to join this train, it was so worth it and meant so much to be a part of this one. :D
