You can check the coupon trading board. Just search the forum there and see if anyone has some up for trade.
You can trade with postage stamps or other coupons if you have what they want.

To be honest, those coupons are usually for small amounts (50 cents), and I find it more cost effective to buy the really large jugs of dish soap at Costco or Wholesale Club. Costco sometimes has in-store coupon offers for Palmolive and Sunlight, making it an even better deal.
