So I did a quick shopping trip today on my way to pick up my DD from school. I stopped at my local WM and was very happy I did. I got:
6 x Gillett shave foam 1.46 x 6 = 8.76 – 2x $5 coupon = + 1.24
3 x Garnier travel gel 1.44 x 3 = 4.32 - $5 coupon = +.68
3 x Crest travel size mouth wash 3 x $1 = 3 - $3x$1 coupons = Free
1 x St Ives scrub $1 - $1 coupon = Free
1 x Listerine lg bottle 5.79 – 3 printable = $2.79
2 x Heinz Beans = $1.54 (not sure why beans always make it into my brags, lol)
Total before taxes $2.41
After Tax
(2.97) = $5.38 (did I mention I hate tax?)
When I left there I went and got some items at SDM including diapers, TP and cottonelle wipes ending up with 4800 BP
thanks to some BP coupons in the SDM threads.
Finally went to get dog food. This is always so expensive but I have my $2 Royal Canin coupon and $10 GC for my local pet store. When I got there they handed me the flyer showing the dog food I wanted – Buy 1 food and get a plastic pet food storage container that holds 30kg food bag free! Made the price of the dog food seem less painful at the register!
Ended off my day meeting with some local SCer’s for a swap. Great group of ladies and can’t wait to meet up again soon!
Cheers!

Great shopping trip. I don't have a dog but the prices seem crazy for dog food unless you buy no name stuff. Glad you got a free container out of the deal. It does help doesn't it.

Wow. My Walmart never has shaving cream on at that price. Best it's been lately is $2.46.
