websaver delivery time

I am curious how long it generally takes to get websaver coupons. I've heard they're quite slow (and the postal strike I am sure did not help matters) but I've ordered coupons probably 2 months ago and never received any of them. I've emailed websaver with no response because I really want to make sure there is nothing wrong with my account so that I'm not receiving the coupon orders (I really want the Shreddies FPC I ordered but since I haven't received any of my other orders from websaver I'm probably not holding my breath).

If anyone has a general time frame that'd be great

Websaver always takes quite a long time for me as well, the postal strike has probably made it that much worse as well. I would keep waiting a bit more cause I got 2 envelopes 2 days ago with coupons I ordered quite a while ago.

ya! you know what? i ordered that FPC for the candy on websaver, I want to say it was late May and I still haven't received it! They do tend to be slow...but then when you get them they all come at once! I would say it takes about a month...

I get mine quickly - a week maybe.

I usually get mine pretty quickly as well, within a week or so.

Their customer service is really good - I had a question yesterday, and they emailed me back within the hour.

If it's something you've been waiting overly long for, email and ask. They have records of everything.

Wow, that's really fast. I emailed a week ago and still no response.

I ususally received mine with 2 weeks at the most from the date I order. Have you made sure that your address information is correct in your account info?

Yep, I check every time I place an order just to make sure there isn't a mistake.

i got mine within 3-2 weeks...not the fastest but good enough

I found my first order took the longest. After that, I tend to get them within a week. (Pre-Canada Post strike)

I usually get mine within a week, sometimes a little more. It all depends on where you live, the mail etc.

I was fortunate to receive mine within 4 days pre strike. Now i think I will be waiting awhile due to the back log, but somewhere there are a few envelopes with my name and hubby's name on them It must depend where you live, i don't know. I would def try emailing them or calling them if possible!

My websaver coupons usually come within 10 days, but I to ordered the FPC for the candy and have still not received it. Wonder whats up with that???
