This is my first brag here:
Purchased 1 Duracell battery charger with batteries (7.77 - 5.00 coupon) = 2.77
1 royal 24 pack toilet tissue (4.99 - 1.00 coupon) =3.99
2 old spice body washes (2.99 each - 3.00 WUB2 coupon) =$2.99
gillete disposable razors (7.99 - 2.00 coupon) =5.99
- $10 GC
Then I go to cash and the lady cannot believe what she is ringing in. She called another girl over to make sure it was ok even though the items are on sale lol. The other girl said yes of course. Then she says no offense to you but "most men" woud not bother with coupons and wow that is awesome they were like look he used a coupon on everything he bought AND the stuff is on sale already cheap! LOL
paid only 9.18 with taxes in for those items with coupons and $10 discount from SDM, also got points for optimuim!
Walked out with a big smile
"most men dont use coupons" Well miss cashier, I aint most men! I believe in saving my $$$$ HEHE
Hi nice cashiers! ( I told them to come here to get same deals!)This thread is currently associated with: Pharmaprix, Shoppers Drug Mart

Way to go, next time my husband goes shopping he's going to bring the coupon book. I've already gotten him to price match flyers.

Awesome brag. You got an amazing deal on the battery charger + batteries
Lol, I use coupons. I know some males that use coupons. However, I rarely do shopping by myself. I normally bring a friend or a family member. I feel not as shy to use coupons when I bring someone along
.
I've gotten more than 300$ of gift cards. You can also do so by joining swagbucks:

I agree I am a guy and i use coupons all the time. LOL as I am 38 yrs old AND I carry a coupon binder with me in the stores whether or not my wife is with me. People stare and some do laugh but you know what? Every year we go down south to a sunny destination on Valentines day week with the $$ we save on couponing. (vacation jar) S0 to all those who laugh... NANANANANANANA..........

My fiance is catching on for sure. I have yet to get him to use coupons but he looks for the deals with me and goes shopping with me (for my moral support because I still have a bit of the newbie shyness
) He also loves the money we're saving, and the stockpile growing in the basement - he says it's better than a convenience store down there.
