Redeemed $80.00 in Air Miles this a.m. at Sobeys. Last time I shopped at one was in April. Got to say I don't miss that store.
They had a sale+ AM on WYB 2 of something I needed, used both of my B1G1 cat coupons, and picked up a few B1G1 deals.
Earned back 89 AM. OOP was $9.13
Could have booted myself, wasn't paying attention to the flyer offer, spend $100 get a $10.00 GC or 95 AM.
I was around $11.00 short. Grrr!
Oh well, it will be a few long months before I go back.

Lemon/blueberry loaf in the oven atm. DH requested it last night.

A little heads up to my local couponers here in St.Kitts...

At RCSS we've got Uncle Ben's Instant Basmati Rice (Value Pack (453g), on blowout for $1.24. All with short dates of July 31st, but it should be good for a while past that....

Right now it is only on the shelf (Aisle 6), but, come Tuesday morning, it should be on the blowout racks by Register #9, likely at the same price...

So, if you have any coupons for them, now will be the time to use them! I have 2 $1.00 off coupons, got one this morning and will get another Tuesday morning.

Nice deals. I think you can put the rice in the freezer if not using right now (1 month). Or batch cook the rice and then freeze for quick meals.

I regularly eat rice literally years past the best before date without any problems. Just be certain rice is stored in a cool and dry place. There is no need to waste valuable limited refrigerator/freezer space to store pre-cooked rice.

Nice deal. I find caddle for me rarely has offers that I would use. I double checked, 👎no offer on my list. ): thanks for posting.

SDM (West) has Kashi Bars on for $2.99 this week.
    There is a $2 coupon at https://kelloggs.websaver.ca/en/kell...ndsave/coupons
Combined with any 20 X the point offer you may have, they will cost you 9 cents/package.
    $2.99 - $2.00 - $.90 (value of pco pts) = $.09
My SDM only allowed me 4 printed coupons, so along with the rest of my purchases, I bought
4 boxes of Kashi bars for 36 cents.

    Loblaws
Schneiders Hickory Smoked Classic Cut Bacon 375g $2. It has been this price since Monday July 12. Back on Monday, the 50% less salt version was also $2 but scanned today at $7.49, so maybe someone forget to remove the clearance pricing on regular salt version.
Schneiders Country Naturals Wieners 375g also going for $2.

Hmm...I find the same, very few new deals. I wonder if you have to start using it more to trigger more offers, such a @LauraB ell81 mentioned?

Picked up a few groceries today at No Frills, and used some points on one of my other cards (since I don't get my discount at No Frills)

    No Frills:
    Bone-In Skinless Chicken Breast (3.33lbs): $9.59(SALE)
    NN Frozen Veg (2kg): $4.48 + 800Pts(Personal)
    Tropicana Tropics (1.75L; X2): $5.94 - PM(FC; $1.96 OFF) - $1.00WUB2 Coupon = $2.98/2 + 800Pts(Personal)
    Neilson Trutaste (4L): $3.97(SALE)
    Broccoli Bunch (4): $7.88 - PM(FB; $4.36 OFF) + 4000Pts WUB4 Offer = -$0.48/4
    Primo Pasta Sauce (3): $6.00 - PM(FC; $3.03 OFF) = $2.97/3

Total was $30.85, Redeemed 30,000Pts and paid $0.85 in store

Spotted some RCSS Corned Beef Brisket for $4.86/kg ($2.21/lb)
Sigh, more meat for the freezer. I can't eat the deals fast enough! I eat one pound and buy two more.
