For some time now, my favorite SDM personal offer has been up to $20 off when you redeem 10k, which sometimes shows up for bonus redemption weeks. So I was pleased to get it on two accounts. Before it expired yesterday, I bought milk and eggs since the offer makes them a better deal than getting them on senior day today, four Oasis juice on sale at 4/$5 less 4x 0.50 coupons, and a few other things on sale that my wife uses. Since I don't count points as money off when received, I also don't have to count them as money spent when I redeem them. So, the total spend I put in my records was $5.81 for two bills that totaled almost $48 before the points redemptions.

I stocked up my freezer with sale priced foods from No Frills.

Last week, I bought 12 packages of PC Chicken General Tao (907g), PC Extra Cheesy Mac & Cheese (1.13kg) and PC Lasagna (1.13kg), priced at $5.88 instead of the regular $10.99.

Today, I bought 12 boxes of Jane's pub style, boxed chicken strips (700g) and turkey strips (600g), priced at $4.88 instead of the regular $10.49.

Groceries may be going up in price but there are still good deals around if you look for them. Having a large upright freezer, along with a fridge freezer, helps, too, so that I can shop ahead and stock up on bargains!

This is a less exciting brag because I had and was charged taxes at maxi and cie..I dont think we have to pay taxes on FPCS products....cashier said yes always grrr.....Maybe it was because I took the full value of the FPCS??? But at least I found a more worthed deal on Sunlight Laundry Soap....

If you have a taxable FPC, always use them at Pharmaprix. There system has 2 buttons, one for coupons which is taxable and one for FPCs that they take off the full value plus tax.

I don't trust PC Express to get my order right. Things could go wrong, items OOS, substitutes are wrong, and then I will lose my points if it goes below minimum spend.
The last order, they substituted a lesser amount of grams than original item and they had a canola bottle on its side so it leaked all over the place.

I went to Maxi last night and checked to make sure they had everything in stock. I made the order when I came home and to be picked up this afternoon, the earliest time available.

I went into the store to check and everything was perfect, paid and I got my points.

The reason I went into Maxi to get my order is because I don't want to pay .50 per minute to call them.
