Rice krispie square treats $1.77 each - $1 wub 2 coupon and 300 PC points per purchase = $0.97 for each package.

Between those and the betty crocker soft baked snacks (1500 pc plus points) and granola bar deals I've scored in the last week the kids are set for school treats for quite a while.

I also found the 6 packs of Hawaiian Punch on for $1 - $1 insert coupon = free juice! The kids are especially happy because I don't normally buy sugary juice.

Enjoyed 2-for-1 dining at an Italian fine dining restaurant in Toronto last weekend: Paganelli's on Front near Jarvis. Food was wonderful. I had a pheasant risotto while my wife had the AAA new york steak. The best part was that we saved $17 using a Funclips coupon. We sat on the patio!

Old Dutch Laundry Detergent 75 loads $1.93 clearance at Canadian Tire. Usually use Tide but bought this in hopes of getting a backlog of blankets etc. washed this weekend (when hydro is cheaper for 3 days due to holiday) and can hang outside to dry in the hot weather. They also have the 100 load bottles on sale for $3 special buy.

Spotted a Nicole Miller dress at Marshall's, on clearance from $178.99 to $30! Pale pink with gold beading, and full length, with sheer panels.

Gave it to my SIL and fits her perfectly. Only needs a good cleaning on the hem (it was a bit dirty from being dragged around)

4 raspberries at 3.99 used(4) $3.00 making them .99 cents and collect 2400 pc points also bought few produce at RCSS making the totoal to $20.00 and collect 6000pc points for produce so the total I paid after coupons and points is really $3.12 I am a happy couponer

Sobeys (ON) has a “buy 5 Schneider’s or Maple Leaf products, get 75 bonus Air Miles” deal. Today is the last day but I noticed that the exact same offer is in the Foodland flyer that begins tomorrow (front page).

I bought:

9 x packages Schneider’s Oktoberfest Sausage 4’s @ $2.99 each – 3 x $1.50 WUB3 coupons (picnic booklet) = $22.41

6 x packages Schneider’s Beef Steakettes 4’s @ $2.99 – 2 x $1.50 WUB3 coupons (picnic booklet) = $14.94

Paid a total of $22.41 + $14.94 = $37.35

Earned a total 3 x 75 bonus Air Miles (3 x 5 packages) + 2 regular Air Miles = 227 Air Miles

227 Air Miles = $23.90 value in future groceries

Out of pocket, the difference is $37.35 (paid) - $23.90 (AM earned) = $13.45 for all those Sausages and Steakettes! (It averages out to $ .90 per package of 4 Schneider’s Sausages/Steakettes.)

We’ll be barbequing this long weekend!

BTW, I paid using a Sobeys gift card I purchased a while back when they had a “get 200 bonus Air Miles WUB $150.00 Sobeys gift card”. It meant that I was paying $150.00 for $171.05 worth of groceries since 200 bonus Air Miles = $21.05. I’m loving the math and the savings from Sobeys and Air Miles!
