There was a massive candy clear out at my Loblaws. A worker was bringing out cases of chocolate bars (Twix, Snickers, Mars, Turtles, etc.), gum (Trident, Excel, etc.) and mints (Tic Tac, Mentos, etc.) and other various candy. And they were all for $0.24 each with expiry dates of 2018/2019!

I'm the type where I can exercise self-control in-store so I was very good about only buying a handful of chocolate/candy. People were going crazy putting boxes and boxes of chocolate bars in their carts. I stocked up on gum and mints because I go through a ton.

A while back I found a satin pink lamp shade at Home sense for $10 (wanted for DDs room)
Was on clearance because someone took it off a lamp, the tag said orignally $40)

Today I went to Ikea and they happened to have their lamps on sale, found this one and it matches/fits perfectly! Was $20, down to $16



Also these were on sale and will fit my bedroom decor nicely (Doing some changes)
Picked up two, Was $70 , Now $56



I don`t really like the lamp shades that came with all three of the lamps - so I will probably sell them in the Mom groups to make up some extra cash

Decided to pop into Sobeys and take advantage of the BOGO Pork offer and did pretty well considering their normally higher prices. Got two packs of pork chops (about 1 and 1.25kg), the bigger one was only $8.55, so I got the second one for free ($6.77??), so worked out to about $1.49/lb compared to their normal price of $2.99/lb, not a bad price all in all (If I was still in St.Kitts, would've been even better getting the meat on discount day and getting 10% off BEFORE all discount; about an extra $1.53 off, so only about $6 for 2 packs)

I have the same lamp (the second one) I got shades at WM of all places on clearout for $4 or $5 a few years ago

Good luck. The one I frequent said they price match Ontario wide. Of course I know that can change on the day or cashier though but has been working in my favour.
