I picked a few things up at CO-OP.
$2.07 Pork back bone strips regular, previously frozen - 75c coupon = $1.32 for just over 1lb
I had our three young children with me, so they got free stuff from the various departments around the store. Oatmeal cookies, fruit-to-go bars, little popper toys, suckers, heart shaped Valentine chocolates.

    Great right?

What's even greater - I was back there today to get her some boots. Saw that the same coats were marked at $8.35. I asked for a refund of the difference and they cheerfully gave it to me.

I may take the boots back as they seem to be a bust!
Give the boots a few days of indoor time on her feet...They take some getting used to or so I hear from friends.

My Yorkie may be the exception though. She just falls over and starts biting and pulling them off to this day..Stubborn just like me

@missmaggs I thought that my Yorkie was the only one who hate to wear anything on his paws. So in the winter before I take him on a walk I wouldbput some Vaseline on his paws and after the walk I would wash with warm water.he is no a teacup Yorkie.

Well, it was a good day for some savings, but not for some other things...

    RCSS:
    PC Air Chilled Chicken Drumsticks (2 pks = 4.2250kg approx): $9.17 or $2.17/kg ($0.99/lb)!!
NN OJ Carton (2): $1.98 (About $8 Normally)
    Zevia Pop (4): $16.00 (Normally $20.00)

The other, however, not so nice thing that happened today involved our other vehicle (Caravan). Deer + Van doesn't work out well, one ran out across the road, slowed for that one and another right after it, clipped into the passenger side light and smashed it inward. Deer ran away seemingly fine after smashing into the van, but... $8,000 worth of damage isn't a very nice thing to have to deal with, but thanks to our insurance, it should all be covered. As per my previous accident, I worried and still am worrying about the car more than myself.

Winter jacket from Reitman's. Regular price $224, on sale for $48. My size was out of stock online and in the Guelph store. Luckily I was on my way to Toronto on Saturday and stopped in at the Milton store and they had it in stock.

Mines not teacup either but she's such a princess. She demands to be carried if it's wet out or when she gets cold or if we walk bear large dogs. Ahhhhh

Oh no! It's just a car and while it totally sucks and it's an inconvenience... the important thing is that everyone is OK!

We got sideswiped by a Toronto taxi in downtown Toronto a few months back. He made an illegal lane change and basically pit manoeuvered us did $6000 in damage but no one was hurt and we had a dash cam so we proved no fault. I was shaking for hours though. Accidents are no fun!

Hopefully you get your car back soon

    At RCSS today:

    4 x packages of fresh raspberries @ $1.67 each (PM'd Food Basics) - 4 x $1.00 coupons (survey) = 67 cents each

Had a personal PC Plus points offer of 600 points (60 cent value) so it worked out to 7 cents each

Tried to pick up the Barilla at Loblaws today with my raincheck and before only the spaghetti was sold out, now ALL the Pronto pasta is missing from the shelves. Must've been other couponers , oh well, I'll just have to go another time and hope they have it, think the raincheck is valid for 30 days anyways.

Next big thing was some of the Arm & Hammer detergent right from No Frills...

    Arm & Hammer Detergent (50 loads * 9): $18.00 = $20.34 - $13.50(9 @ $1.50) - $1.50(Cashier accidentally put an extra one through) = $5.34/450 Loads = $0.012/load!! The price I LOVE to pay!!
