Went to Safeway this week and paid $2.97 for $168.00 worth of assorted groceries ( a ham, a turkey, etc). I used $160 worth of Scene points to pay.

Going into Superstore the other day a lady wanted to trade me a twoonie for 2 loonies. I only had one so she traded anyway. If only I could figure out how to double all my dollars just by reaching in my wallet!

I also won $10 on the lottery last night-woot, woot.

I was shopping at a local store Lococos and i bought a reduced pkg of spinach leaves for 2.00 and the girl xed the pkg out and i got it for free thru the checkout -nice gesture on the company .I will use for my smoothies.

I just discovered that Costco sells Westjet and Air Canada gift cards for 10% off-duh where have I been? Picked some up as who doesn't want 10% off travel.

Back in mid November, I had ordered the $5 cashmere and $5 Spongetowel coupons through the websaver Kruger promo. I was a bit panicked that I would not get them in time due to the postal strike.

well, I got them right before Christmas. I was a bit disappointed since the expiry dates were sooo close. Spongetowel was Dec 26, 2024 and the Cashmere was Jan 30, 2025.

Well, Santa gave me an amazing gift!!! Super C had the Spongetowel Ultrapro 6=9 rolls for $6.97, sale started today (Dec 26) - last day for the coupons. Got 8 packs! Maxi had the Cashmere 15=30 rolls packs for $5.99. Got 6 packs!

I am so grateful that everything worked out. Seems that there is Coupon Christmas magic in the air!
