The last items we need stockpiled in our freezer are ice cream bars, sandwiches or the ones on a stick.
Prices for many of the good ones we used to love has increased and so I only buy when I get an offer + a sale.
    That happened today at NF!!
OOP for 24 individual treats ( they all vary, some are 3, 4 or 8 to a box ) came out to a mere .73 cents each.

The sale price was $3.99 ( instead of the regular $7.00 ) for the PC Loads of Cinnamon Churro treats, and $4.99
for Chapman's French Vanilla Ice Cream sandwiches. I bought 4 boxes of the PC churro ones and 1 box of the Chapman's.
My offer was 3,000 points wys $20.00 ( my total was $20.46 )

We don't even want to calculate the cost in calories! lol.

I went to the discount produce store and bought
    Cabbage .48 per lb
Apricots and Cherries 1.98 per lb
    Green onions 2 for 1.28
    Nectarines 1.49 per lb
    Celery 1.69
    Tomatoes 1.28 per lb
It is a ways from my house but since I was already half way there I went and I think it was worth it-spent under $15 total for healthy food.

A small but nice airmiles stacking deal at Shell: 30 miles for redeeming 95, plus 10 GO+ bonus. This was also my sixth Shop the Block partner, which added 20 more by raising my award from 30 to 50, so in total, over $6 worth of miles for buying about 7 liters.

Walmart had cases of 4-litre 1% milk to be sold by Aug 13, so I asked them to give me the 50% discount and picked up 4x for $2.50 each.
My food may not befit a king, but I eat like a horse.

Nice are you counting this as a Redeemed action for STB? @Arjon

I took advantage of it too but I stack it with the 50 BAM for buying 30 liters+ spent $5 instore because 1 vehicle could have used a top up. this would not count as a partner for STzB for me because I already used Shell as a partner

Hope you realized it’s only 1 Redeemed action for the STB @Arjon and at Shell it has to be base miles earned for this STB

As usual, you were better aware of the rule details. It's annoying, although expected, that airmiles is tightening up. Another example that I noticed this week is that it's now min. $4 for egg purchases.

Very pleased to get my supplements this morning for $3.40 less a bottle. WM's sale price surprised me,
but even their regular price seems lower than what I'm sure I was paying for these at No Frills.

Bonus free produce today. My DH helped my BIL build some raised beds so my sis picked him some green and yellow beans, peas, broccoli and cauliflower for his sweat equity. While I was out hubs picked many pounds of apples from our tree.
I also picked up 2.5 lbs of peppers for $3 and 2lbs of organic black grapes for $1 on flash food.

Bought Sobeys $100 gift card, earned 750 Scene points

Flyer offer for Sobeys, Safeway, Foodland, IGA: Scene points promotion for Kraft Heinz products.1000pts when you spend $25 or 2500pts when you spend $40 on select products

    I bought 5 Crave Frozen dinners @ $5.69 each + 500pt wub 5, 2 Taco Bell creamy sauces @$4.5 each(used 2X $2coupons), 1 Classico pasta sauce @$3.27. Total of $40.72 before coupons
**had to contact Customer service as I was only awarded 1000pts. She checked the terms...coupons shouldn't affect the offer...was awarded the 1500pt that was missing.

After considering percentage of points from gift card purchase, cost $3.72 after points

I'm a little hesitant, but may return to stock up on Classico pasta sauce.
