I hate to make this into a brag because I don't do this to shine a light on myself, but on the spirit of giving. I'm NOT tooting my own horn here, I just wasn't sure where else to put it.
On Friday I will be making my first donation to The Elizabeth Fry Society. It is very small but I have been working on a next to nothing budget.
Included in my donation is:
8 boxes of baby wipes
3 large toothpaste
2 medium toothpaste
3 small toothpaste
3 Dove deodorant
3 Dove body spray
3 large shave gel
3 small shave gel
6 packs of 2ct razor
9 mens deodorant
1 small mouthwash
8 conditioners
3 St Ives
1 large Lise Watier facial scrub
1 Sephora birthday body wash
1 Cetaphil cleanser
most of my La-Roche Posay
26 shampoo (not shown...my DD loves the smell and used 3 as body wash so I dropped that off the other day)
The mens deodorant will be handed out to men who come get their income assistance cheques from EFS offices because they have been banned (!) from Social Assistance offices.

That's amazing! That is a lot of great stuff your donating, that's an amazing thing your doing, you should be very proud of yourself, you'll be making a lot of needy people very happy and making a big difference. I'm sure that will put a lot of smiles on a lot of people's faces that really need it.

Very nice thing to do.
My uncle passed away 3 weeks ago, and his charity of choice was his local food bank.
I've been buying lots of things with coupons, and my sister and I plan to start donating to them as a way to honour him.

Awesome brag and going to a great charity.
