cottage cheese/oatmeal pancakes topped with 0% fat plain Greek yogurt mixed with diced apple/cinnamon. coffee. 4 ounces chicken breast done similar to " butter chicken " but not using any butter or cream, just the spices mixed into a bit of yogurt and brushed onto them while cooking. Mmmmm.
