Made an awesome chicken wrap today. Used filleted chicken breast that I dredged in a mixture of pepper/onion powder/garlic powder. Then grilled it, and sliced it like you'd get in a restaurant on top of a salad. Used spicy hummus for the condiment, added a little bit of havarti crumbled, and some pieces of yellow pepper. Rolled it all up in a tortilla. Gosh it was good! Though I might kill my co-workers with the onion/garlic/jalapeno combo... ;)

Homemade soup and contemplating grabbing some sushi because I have a craving, but the weather doesn't make me feel like venturing out too far.

Lunch was some homemade french canadian pea soup that i made in the fall and froze. Also had 4 saltines and some Iogo yogurt and 2 clémentines. Hubby had 2 hamburgers left over from last night and a handful of grapes.

I grilled two slices of multi-grain rye bread with roasted red-pepper and diaya cheese in the middle.

Lunch will be Maple Leaf chicken pie, single serving, and some fruit, probably a few wedges of Pomello.
