Picked up a 1/4 Dagwood Sandwich-yum.

melted Blue Menu slices of Swiss cheese over 3 hard taco shells ( I broke them in half first ), topped with store bought Bruschetta. Yummier than it sounds.

Mum and I went out for Indian food for lunch for my Bday. I consider myself lucky to still have my Mum alive-she is 93.

Had an unconventional late lunch of fresh cut carrot sticks, apple wedges smeared with dark roast PB and a 2 cup serving of Greek yogurt mixed with sliced strawberries, bananas and sweetened with Organic Ceylon Cinnamon powder mixed with pure organic Stevia powder, then drizzled in vanilla extract. Mmmmm good!

We stopped at a gas station on the way back to Phoenix-had a burrito, piece of chicken and a banana. I may not need dinner tonight.
