Picked up a 1/4 Dagwood Sandwich-yum.

melted Blue Menu slices of Swiss cheese over 3 hard taco shells ( I broke them in half first ), topped with store bought Bruschetta. Yummier than it sounds.

Mum and I went out for Indian food for lunch for my Bday. I consider myself lucky to still have my Mum alive-she is 93.

Had an unconventional late lunch of fresh cut carrot sticks, apple wedges smeared with dark roast PB and a 2 cup serving of Greek yogurt mixed with sliced strawberries, bananas and sweetened with Organic Ceylon Cinnamon powder mixed with pure organic Stevia powder, then drizzled in vanilla extract. Mmmmm good!

We stopped at a gas station on the way back to Phoenix-had a burrito, piece of chicken and a banana. I may not need dinner tonight.

Sis has invited me for a turkey lunch today-yum.

DD and I went out for fish tacos which were very good.

Went out with DD and boyfriend for Mothers day lunch.

The 2 bread loaf style pans of lasagna I baked this morning turned out delicious! I know because I tasted some for my lunch. The guys will drag their portions to work.

I am visiting friends and they are making burgers and potato salad. Somebody else is bringing pizza and there is plum crisp and banana bread for dessert-the loaf the dog didn't eat.

Made up a medium sized bowl of Waldorf salad only to use up about 6 apples that were rolling around in the crisper.
I'll probably will have some tomorrow for lunch as I like it freezing cold. it needs to chill overnight.

DH and I will be treated to a brunch today at my sisters place. She had me at crustless quiche! Makes her own and
it's been confirmed as delicious by her condo friends....lol. A side salad with a simple oil/vinegar dressing.
This is a " 2 birds, 1 stone " sort of visit as we were dropping off some items I've been meaning to get to her.
Gorgeous sunshine for us to sit out on the balcony too.

Made a small batch of soup just for me.

Started with 2 cartons no salt added chx broth.
Tossed in 1+1/2 cups of leftover diced veggies from the taco dip.
2 diced ribs of celery.
1 small diced onion.
1 cup diced snow peas.
2 oz. diced salmon ( from my salmon steak )
a dozen cooked shrimp diced up.

Came to a rolling boil, then simmered.
Easily yielded 3 servings but I ate the entire pot in 2 sessions....ha ha

Dinner will be that salmon steak sauteed with mushrooms and 7-8 med.
cold shrimp with cocktail sauce. Mmmm.

Taking dear sis from TO to the thrift store and then to the mountains and out for lunch. Time for a little break from the estate planning.

Today I was in Oxford for lunch-my friend and I shared a Sunday roast beef pub lunch and it was more than enough to feed us both! So good-roast beef, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, roast potatoes, carrots, cabbage and cauliflower with cheese sauce. No dinner will be needed tonight. And I just now wolfed down a custard cream donut for a late dessert. Luckily we walked a lot.
