My breakfast, lunch and dinner on Thursday was lazy cabbage!! ( with a blob of sour cream on top each time ) Once I make a huge batch of lazy cabbage it is just as satisfying as chili or a good stew! Mmmmm the cabbage was so sweet too.

Ok, so what is Lazy Cabbage???? To day for lunch i had a handful of Fritos, 3 slices of cantelope, 1 zucchini muffin and im looking at 3 wedges of Pomello which i will probably finish off!

Lazy cabbage rolls are when you don't roll the meat mixture up in a cabbage leaf. You just dice the cabbage up and mix it with the meat and sauce. I prefer it over regular cabbage rolls. Since I have a quarter of a cabbage head left, I might consider making it.


Today we've got a lot of salad and sandwiches for lunch. I made coleslaw, salmon pasta salad, ranch pasta salad, potato salad and a tray of tuna sandwiches. I know what we'll be having today and tomorrow lol

homemade vegie soup: water, chopped tomatoes, can of red beans, chopped up brussel sprouts, chopped celery, chopped carrots, diced onions, cut up green beans, salt, Pepper, basil, oregano, and also some salsa that i had in the freezer. Added some olive oïl and voila! homemade vegie soup. This is from stuff that i had inthe freezer or in the pantry.

I had some of the leftover pasta for lunch. Will likely be throwing the remaining portions if no one else eats it today.
