"new" Shopper's Voice??

Sorry if this is a duplicate post but I don't remember reading anything about this program. Today I received a mailed out survey called "My Voice". The paper version of the survey looks exactly like the old Shoppers Voice surveys. It also says "by completing the survey you may be eligible to receive high value coupons & samples selected especially for you". Sounds just like Shopper's Voice. The survey mailed to me is specific to NS, maybe each province is doing their own now?

Shoppers Voice seems to still be a viable company - I received email coupons from them last Wednesday:

Shopper's Voice is still going, but they announced a while back that they will no longer be doing paper/mailed out surveys, just online.

That Sunlight one above is the most recent one I got from them, too.
